Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

You will then receive notification of both processing and shipment. All items are shipped from Ireland.

Our standard delivery service is provided by An Post Postal Services in Ireland. Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 6pm, as well as evening delivery between 6pm – 9pm(if this was chosen during checkout process). In the event of non-delivery during the day, the parcel will be re-delivered that evening.

Orders may be canceled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed they may not be canceled.

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. Bens and Gund Trading Corporation can not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.

WHEN WILL MY ITEMS ARRIVE?

 Standard Post items are delivered on the next working day in Ireland. International items take three to seven working days.

Express Post service promises to deliver by close of business the next working day. Express Post items posted on Friday before the latest time of posting are guaranteed for delivery nationwide on Monday.  

We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, Good Friday and bank or public holidays.

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

Our primary distribution is from Ireland, but our products are coming from The Philippines.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items will sometimes be sent in separate packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. If you have any other questions, please contact us at info@bensandgund.com.
